If the client decides to terminate its relationship with studio willis prior to completing the project, the studio will keep the 50% deposit paid to the studio.
There are no refunds.
Any rescheduling fees must be paid upon completion of the project. Failure to do so will result in a demand letter followed by a 14 day period to make payment. If payment is not received within 14 days, the matter will be filed without notice in a court of applicable jurisdiction to recover costs owed to the studio, including any expenses and legal fees related to the filing of the claim for costs in court.
These terms and conditions are subject to change and will be enforced as indicated on your invoice at the time of purchase.
