General terms:

• We do not do free work or “creatives”.

• All projects are invoiced and subject to taxes.

• we accept all cheque, e-transfer, card ,or cash payments.

• Debit/bank card payments must be made at the studio.

• payments made by cheque are subject to a $20 fee and, if applicable, a $200 NSF charge.

• All quotes are valid for 7 days.

• Prices effective as of January 2025.

• 20% referral fee (up to $2000.00 per project) paid on the net contract value.

• referral fees are paid same business day of full balance received.

• All weddings require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

• Please contact the studio if you are booking wedding, engagement, pregnancy, or newborn photography or videography services.

• All weddings must be booked at least 6 months in advance, or subject to additional terms.

• All photography services include some video

• Not all video-only projects include photos

• For videography-focused services, there is an approximate 40% additional cost for pre- and post-production services.

• rentals, styling, hair and make up artists (“HMUA”), extended travel costs, location rentals additional.
