Most product shoots schedule within 3–7 days. Larger sets, on-model apparel, or set builds may require 1–2 weeks of planning.

Color management and consistency

We photograph with calibrated lighting and monitors and can match to provided brand swatches or Pantone references for consistent e-commerce listings.

Delivery formats and file naming

Standard delivery includes high-resolution JPEGs and web-ready JPEGs with optional transparent PNG cutouts. File naming follows SKU or client-provided conventions.

E-commerce platform requirements

We create images that meet Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and Walmart guidelines, including pure white background, aspect ratio, margins, and resolution requirements.

Licensing and ownership

Standard licensing permits use on your website, e-commerce listings, organic social media, pitch decks, and print collateral. Paid advertising, marketplaces beyond your brand, or third-party resale requires extended licensing.

Payment, pricing, and minimums

Per-image and per-set pricing is available with half-day and full-day minimums for larger volumes. A deposit secures the production date; balance is due on delivery.

Preparation and shipping of products

Please deliver photo-ready, duplicate samples when possible. Include a shot list, SKUs, and any brand swatches. Return shipping labels can be provided by the client.

Props, surfaces, and set building

We can source neutral surfaces and simple props to support lifestyle sets. Complex builds or custom fabrication are quoted separately.

Base retouching includes dust removal, edge cleanup, and exposure balancing. Advanced work such as composite reflections, label swaps, and colorway variants is available as an add-on.

Standard galleries deliver within 3–5 business days after capture. High-volume SKUs or video add-ons may require 5–10 business days. Rush options are available.
