A white background paper with stand and lighting setup provides a clean, seamless backdrop ideal for professional portraits at events or in-studio sessions. The background paper is typically a high-quality, matte finish to prevent glare and reflections, ensuring the subject stands out crisply against a pure white canvas. Mounted on an adjustable stand system, the backdrop maintains a smooth, wrinkle-free surface that can be easily repositioned for various framing options.

Complementing the backdrop, a comprehensive lighting kit—usually consisting of softboxes or LED panels—is strategically positioned to deliver even, diffused illumination. This eliminates shadows and highlights facial features naturally, resulting in polished, magazine-quality images. The controlled lighting environment helps in achieving consistent colour balance and skin tones, elevating the overall professional aesthetic of portraits captured at events or within the studio setting.

INSURANCE - REQUIRED ON ALL PRODUCTIONS

  • Our insurance provider is Front Row Insurance (Standard insurance provider for film and television productions)

  • STANDARD Liability INSURANCE WITH $1,000,000.00 coverage, $20,000.00 gear DAMAGE.

      • any t-shirts or uniforms to “white label” services

      • Any scripts, marketing, or fliers you wi2sh for Studio Willis to share with guests

      • Guidelines for logo placement

      • branded set decoration/props (i.e. photo wall, banners, any fixtures)

      • access to event

      • Power (if required; batteries will be available, but in the event of a need for backup)

  • 360 Video Booth - $1500 per day ($3000 Total, plus tax)

    • service Each day, 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM (15 hour days)

    • Client may brand the booth as they wish

    • Client to supply power

  • Crew:

    • 2x team members

      • andrew Willis (photography Lead)

      • Declan (Production Assistant)

    • Andrew Willis will handle the photo booth

    • Declan will handle the Video Booth

    • If only one service is requested (i.e. photo booth only), both will be present, regardless.

  • Discounts:

    • 30% holiday dates premium has been waived

      • $1500 savings on Photography Booth

      • $900 savings on Video Booth

    • additional 20% off if the 2 services are selected.

    • No additional discount on single services.

  • How to book

    • Please indicate which services you want to the studio.

    • The above terms will be indicated on the invoice.

      • Please include the name (business or personal), address, and email for your invoice)

    • An invoice will be created and emailed.

      • You may make payment by e-transfer or credit card.

    • Once payment is made, the projected is booked and secured.
