Pricing Structure
First Image: $80
Subsequent Images (Photo 2 - 9): $40 each depending on complexity
Colourization (black and white to vintage colour toning): Approximately $60 per image. Please contact the studio with a photo of your image for an accurate quote.
Heavy Damage (See photo of Young Girl or Young Man): Additional $20 to $60 per image. Please contact the studio with a photo of your image for an accurate quote.
Have a larger batch? If you have 10 or more images, get in touch with us to discuss custom pricing and ensure we meet your needs.

1x 6400 DPI High Resolution Scan of the Original, un-retouched as is
1x 6400 DPI High Resolution Scan of the Original, retouched
Prints can be made available at a cost of $50 for 2x prints
Please keep in mind these are very large archival quality files (Up to 100 megabites each, depending on the size of the original photograph). We provide free storage for 1 year.
Colourization Expectations (See examples below)
It is important to remember that when colourizing a photograph, it will never look exactly like a photographic image. Photographs have millions of colours, whereas colourization may only used a few colours, so it will be obvious that it is a colourized photo. See examples below.
Heavy Damage Expectations (See examples below)
Many photographs may be digitally restored, however, some may not be able to save every detail and some details may need to be removed or altered to accommodate the painting in of the object or removal if the integrity is too damaged. Missing pieces of photographs, unless kept, may require imagination for what was there. We will do our best to ensure that the overall photograph looks as undamaged as possible but we cannot guarantee it will look “perfect”. We take the approach that fine art restoration experts use which is using as little additive or destructive processes as possible and maintaining the integrity of the photograph to be as much as the original, undamaged image. Consultation: We’ll assess the complexity of the restoration needed and provide a detailed quote for subsequent images. Please be ready to text us photos of your photographs.
Restoration Process: Once you approve the estimate by paying the invoice, we’ll get to work restoring your photos to bring them back to life.
Submit Your Images: Deliver to us or have us pick up your photographs.
Next Day Delivery: Within 1 day, you will receive a digital copy of your high resolution digital scan of your original image and a second digital copy of your high resolution restored photograph (a total of 2 digital images per photograph). You can download and print these at your local photo studio, or for a fee of $50 have 2 prints made and returned with your original photograph.
Return of original photographs: Pick up or have us drop off your photographs.
